We currently service Indianapolis and the surrounding suburban areas. Our company currently manages hundreds of homes on the property management side and has worked with buyers and sellers in those areas as well. Our commitment is to work hard to exceed your real estate expectations.
Selling Your Home
Our agents will provide you all the data you need to price your home to sell. They will make suggestions for price adjustments as deemed necessary. Together we will establish a timeline up front to determine when an adjustment should be made so we are both aware of the expectations. Our agents know that the market determines the value of your home. The market is driven based on price, location, condition of the home, prices of other homes on the market, and time the home is listed. We will consider all of these factors in determining the best list price.
Buying Your Home

Our goal is to educate you on the current market trends, financing, and the entire home buying process. Property Management
Our services include a detailed evaluation of your property to determine any necessary repairs, identify key features used to market the property, and discuss financial expectations. We use multiple advertising methods to market your home. We are equipped to handle all routine and emergency maintenance with our team of highly experienced technicians. We perform a walk-thru inspection every three months. Monthly accounting statements will be provided detailing revenues and expenses incurred during the month. We handle the eviction process from start to finish. This includes all court filings, appearances, communications with tenants, and debt collection. We handle all telephone and email inquiries regarding your property, schedule and conduct all showings and screening of potential tenants.
